dada typo prides itself on being a friendly, informed source of information and support for any of your web-related needs. For everything from updating content your website to adding new functionality to configuring your iPhone to download your email, we can help. And we enjoy it, but we also want enough time to keep developing cool new products and services, so we need to get paid for our support.

Normal rates for support and development in IT range from $150 to $200/hour. However, if you like the idea of having a responsive, on-call developer to give you the occasional hand during the month, let us tempt you with a discounted-rate retainer plan.

For a discounted rate, you can purchase 2-20 hours of support for your site in advance, so when you need us, you can just pick up the phone or drop us an email without having to worry about piecemeal invoices with full-hour minimum charges.


Intermittent Support Package

$100.00 / hour

This support can be used for anything from content updates to WordPress maintenance to development requests for additional functionality. Think of it as having a webmaster on call. While content management systems like Manifesto or WordPress allow you to update and add your own content to the site, sometimes you just don't have the time or resources to do it yourself, or to research solutions. We're happy to take over for you and help out when you need an extra hand.

  • $100/hour discount rate
  • May be purchased in increments from 2 to 20 hours
  • Hours may be used at any time during a 12-month period following purchase

Retainer packages may be only purchased in one-hour increments, but are used up in 30-minute increments. That means a 2-hour package could afford you up to 4 support requests at a discounted price!

Bulk Support Retainer Package

$1500.00 / 20 hours

Retainer support can be used for anything from content updates to image manipulation to development requests for additional functionality. Think of it as having a webmaster on call. While content management systems like Manifesto allow you to update and add your own content to the site, sometimes you just don't have the time or resources to do it yourself. We're happy to take over for you and help out when you need an extra hand. Bugs and other incident reports that are clearly the responsibility of dada typo, or are the result of server or connectivity issues are never charged to the client. We're really here to help, not to nickel and dime you to death.

  • $75/hour discount rate
  • 20 hours of support work, usable at any time over the course of 12 months
  • Includes automatic Manifesto and/or WordPress upgrade service for applicable websites

Manifesto Upgrade service

$25.00 / month

dada typo's Manifesto software is always in a state of development. Much of the development is focused on adding new modules and extended functionality, but lots of minor improvements and enhancements are added to the core functionality of any Manifesto installation. New builds of Manifesto are issued on a roughly monthly basis. If you would like dada typo to keep your Manifesto installation up-to-date every month (within the same major release version, e.g. 2.4->2.5), consider purchasing our upgrade service, which will ensure that your Manifesto installation remains current at all times. At only $25/month, this can be a huge discount — upgrading Manifesto after a year of development could cost you upwards of $1000!
